If you were going from extract to all-grain, what pieces of equipment would you be and not be not be a tight ass about?

After 9 batches of extract/partial mash, I am finally making the next step.

If fly sparging, you can eliminate the cool spinning fly sparge arm by using a floating tupperware lid to catch the sparge water ... thanks to Brewing TV for that trick.
