ok I read a few more posts
So i will say I am Homebrewer who was adopted by a brewpub and Allowed to see how things work for a while, and now I am attempting to pull together an Actual Homebrew supply here in the desert (there is no homebrew supply) in the 2nd largest city in Georgia. Interested? lol

I made my own 1/2 bbl. system, and walk in cooler from scrap kegs and stainless parts purchaced at a local recycler (good source of stainless @fifty cents a pound)
Then i decided to make it even cheaper so i met a local farmer and bought wheat and rye right off the truck and make my own malts now.
someone in GA please grow some barley ;)
