New to the BN forum--livin' large in the LBC.

Fri Sep 17, 2010 8:46 pm

Hola, my brewing brethren...and sisteren? Long Beach, CA in the house.

Been brewing for years with buckets, carboys, better bottles, igloos, kitchen stove tops, stinky bayou burners...you get the idea.

About to brew my first 15 gallon batch next Saturday (9/25/2010) on my new system: B3 2050, Blichmann plate chiller and conical fermenter. Going to be hell of fun, but I still have some unanswered questions...I'm mostly new-equipment challenged...like wearing a condom for the first time.

Happy to have found the BN army for my new support group!

Cheers!

Welcome.

Maybe you could call Chris Graham and see about renting JP for your brew day :)

Good luck.
