Haha! The thought of a keyed switch did cross my mind.

Stomatopod,
Nice Igloos. I still use an Ice Cube Deluxe (48 qt?) as my mash tun. I used to use one for my HLT, but a need for greater capacity and a few other things led me to switch to an insulated keggle. Which cooler is that for the HLT?
Aging: Gotlandsdrickå, Baltic Porter in Bourbon barrel, Olde Ale #2 in whiskey barrel
On Draft: Nothing. Building a walk-in cooler right now.

foomench,
I have a 60 qt cooler with an electric element in it. It is nice, my last brew I heated up 14 gallons and didn't have to add any water to it to top up. I could probably squeeze in 15 gallons if need be.

Thought I would share some brew porn, my 3 Vessel RIMS fired all electric brewery. 2 Tier with rotating HLT ontop.

I still have some tweaks to make to the frame, and some more paint is required but its currently working a treat.

Running a 2400W RIMS element, 2200W HLT, 2200W & 3600W immersion elements in the kettle.

March Pump, PID controller with RTD PT100 temp probe, and plate chiller.
