right now, coffee. but last night I had a bottle of speed's chokecherry wine. and it was tasty.

glad you liked it, i am kinda partial to it.

oh, and i'm drinkin' MyP.A. its my ipa with simcoe and amarillo, oooo its gooood.

had the jalapeno last night. perfect balance between spice and malt IMO.

i thought it was balanced too but i sent it to the babble brew off and they docked it saying that it needed more backbone. i might make it again and slip about 8 oz caravienne in it just to see what it does for it.

and add about 3x the amount of habaneros rather than jalapenos for saying it lacked back bone.
