ATTN: tennesseans; Cornie kegs galore

Wed Aug 30, 2006 4:44 am

Heads up for folks in TN and surounding mid-south areas:

Sundrop Bottling in Pulaski, TN (about 16 miles north of the Alabama border off I-65) is discontinuing all but about 150 of thier cornie kegs. They are selling about 5000 of them for $15 each. Most are Cornelius, but there are some spartanburg, firestone and older challenger kegs.

I picked up 10.

How do you go about buying these and where is the place located? I might make a drive down there from Nashville this weekend if possible.

Don't know what they want for shipping, but they are on their website for $19.99.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

Looks like to NY it's about $9 via FedEx standard shipping. There is a link to calculate shipping costs once you add an item to your cart.
