Here is an extract recipe I worked up using QBrew. Some of the specs aren't working out but I'm trusting Jamil over QBrew. Comments???

Steep Chrystal, Choc. & Black Patent Malts @ 154º F for 15-20 min.
Add bittering Goldings hops @ min 60 minute mark
Add flavor Willamette hops @ 10 min mark
Add aroma Liberty hops @ 0 min (flameout)
Batch Notes
Pitch "Fullers" Ale Yeast, London ESB, or Wyeast 1968 @ 66ºF
After primary fermentation is almost complete (4-6 days) raise primary fermenter temp to 70ºF for 2 days "diacetyl rest" if possible.
Prime with .9 cups DME and 1 cup boiled water for bottling.
