I've been speaking to the Aussie distributor today. 600 stubbies a brew is plenty of headaches. He has one of the smaller models and apparently it all works pretty well (of course he would say that he sells them). Anyway its a nice looking piece of stainless. Can get it landed in Aus for about $17k aussie.

Judging by the video and the added insulation, maintaining a boil might be a problem. Notice how Tom ignores the Frau? Das ist Mauun!

Is that old German engineering = great, or current German engineering = bad?
