Beer Fridge

I was cleaning out my SD card and found this pic from about a year ago before I started keging my beer

One of the funny things this reminded me of is that I bought a 12 pack of red stripe for the sole reason that the bottles fit on the short shelf on the door

Of all the equipment in my home brewery, this fridge might be my favorite. (and mind you that I have 2 other fridges/freezers dedicated to beer) I love how multipurpose this thing is. From fermenter temp control, bottle conditioning and currently I have a batch of Tripel cold conditioning and a keg that I'm lagering

I'll never forget the day they delivered it, the guys from sears were so happy that I wanted it out in the garage and they didn't have to go through any doors or up any stairs. I'm telling you there was a twinkle in the delivery guy's eyes when I showed him where I wanted it.

Its amazing how you can fall in love with a piece of brew gear

What is your favorite piece of brew gear???

Right now... it has to be my Immersion Chiller. When I got that, I changed my brew day. Got a refractometer on the way, but I don't know that it's going to be as cool. Plan on kegging soon... so I think I'm going to be in your boat when I get my own beer fridge. Oh... to have enough space to cold store as much beer as it can handle.

 It brings a tear to my eye just thinking about it.

Mine is the fermentation coffin aka ghettochiller. Temp control has made the most significant impact to my brewing.
