Star San storage life in bottle?

Fri Sep 30, 2005 8:50 am

I have a bottle of Star San that's probably four-years-old.
Anyone know the shelf life and if this is still good?
I went to the 5 Star site but couldn't find any info.
Thanks in advance.

Just make sure that once you have mixed it (diluted solution) that the ph is under 3. The concentrate to the best of my knowledge will stay good almost forever.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
