For hangover minimization, make sure you drink plenty of water before you go to bed and after you wake up. Alos take a shower the next morning to wash off the alcohol you have sweated out during the night.

if youre not getting hangovers from beer youre not drinking enough, homebrew or otherwise, even with perfect temp control. (12) 5% homebrews and i'm gonna have a headache
