3 Glasses, 3 Beers

Fri Nov 14, 2008 7:05 pm

So I got home from work today to find my BN Army glasses in the mail. Woo hoo! Since I also closed on selling my business that has been listed for over a year, I thought I'd celebrate by drinking 3 beers tonight, one for each glass. I started out with a Raison d'Extra. Thanks to its 18% ABV I got a pretty good buzz going. I went to get a second beer and my wife had put the first 2 glasses in the dishwasher. Dammit. Have to eat dinner without a beer but luckily it is done shortly after dinner. I bust out a homebrew Saison for brew 2 which is just about done now. Buzz is starting to coming back. I think in celebration of my new found non-business ownerness, I'll breakout a bottle of Isabelle Proximus for number 3. Watch out, I may pull a Shunt later tonight...

Well, Isabelle was a good lady but unfortunately she has left for the evening with a little help from my wife. I'm not going there but I'm sure someone else will. Good buzz going but not completely drunk. No pictures tonight - I think I'll try to save the heavy drinking for the next Session...

Would love to... but there's a little thing called the brewer's code...

Anyway. Congrats on the sell! :pop

You going to the big pour next weekend?
