TF if you get a sink like this for the garage be prepared to do some very creative pluming for it. I spent as much on the pluming as on the sink.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

I meant to mention the plumbing. I noticed the creative work. I've done quite a bit of it on my old house. It was built in the 1930's, and moved by truck to where it sits now...back in 1957. It certainly has it's problems, but at least they're my problems. I love owning my own house. I don't love all the work it takes, however. I've been here 2 years & worked non-stop on this place ever since. As long as it works, huh brother?

I'm sure you can all see mine in your mind. A 48Qt Ice Cube and a Turkey fryer. About as basic as you can get.
Peace!

As far as I know there is no way to calibrate it. You just have to adjust for how of it is. Williams Brewing sells a replacement probe that might fix you problem. http://www.williamsbrewing.com/WORT_MON ... B_P888.cfm

I had mine go totaly haywire a while back and that is what I had to do.
