I'd be into a saison. The one I just kegged, surprisingly enough, didn't attenuate low enough and I'd like to try again.

I;m good with a Saison... The BCS Saison is what you guys are thinking?

Now would the goal of this one to brew the best Saison or the one brewed closest to the recipe?

Saison sounds good. I have never brewed one but have been wanting to.

I think if we agreed upon a Saison, that it would be cool this time to make it open - i.e., no set recipe, but still restricted to within Cat 16C.
