Are there still spots open for this? If so, I'm in.

Also, I'll hold back a couple of iipa's I brewed for a memorial day bbq.

Thanks guys. Based on the number of responses I really don't see a need to stop people at the door and check the list like it's a night club (not like I was going to do that anyway). However, I recommend coming out early just in case. If you can't make it early we'll still be hanging out at the bar after the event.

If I can get off work in time (2.5 hour drive) I may come up! Sign me up...even though I did read the above post...I want to be on "THE LIST".

I’m really looking forward to our meet-up event on the 23rd. As far as format, I see us maybe spending the first 45-60 minutes sharing homebrew and introducing ourselves. I’ll have a little Janet’s Brown, hopefully enough for everyone to get a taste. I encourage everyone to bring homebrew but please use some discretion when bringing it into Schlafly’s. Bottles or growlers in small coolers, backpacks, or paper bags are preferred. Kegs only as a last resort. We will be guests as at beer serving establishment and we should save some room for buying some of their beer after we are finished downstairs.

After our “Happy (Hoppy) Hour”, we’ll sit down to cover a few topics. These are pretty much up to what you guys want but I did want to talk about some ideas I had on regional homebrewing events or maybe better put, “inter-club” events. I’d be interested in what you guys are doing in your area. I’d also like to have twenty or so of you take part in a Can You Brew It tasting of Firestone Walker Union Jack. I’ll have my clone there along with the real stuff. (I found out yesterday my clone may be oxidized so this may not go that well.) We may want to discuss some of the highlights from the NHC in Minneapolis. If we run out of topics, then we’ll ascend onto the taps upstairs.

See you all next week,

Tasty

It was nice meeting so many St. Louis area brewers in Minneapolis. You guys had some great beer there. I'm still floating on air about my club (DOZE) winning club of the year.
