Awesome Mylo! That'll put about a month under the belt of my beer... that's some good age. Can't wait to get this one going. I know I may be jumping the gun, but is it too soon to start thinking about Community Brew #4???

Yeah mines been sitting there in the keg and its hard to resist not to tap it, because I know if I do tap it I won't have any to ship off.

I bottled three six packs and drank the rest. I sent three bottles to Alamo City Cerveza Fest and the results will be announced on Saturday. Keep your fingers crossed.
