so am i the only one who got a stuck fermentation? such an infamous style...

i know i waited way too long to rack onto 1 lb of sugar (14 days) but fermentation did continue, but it's going slowly. last gravity was at about 24 days and 1.017 (corrected for temp). og adjusted for the added sugar is crazy high though (1.083) so i'm worried i'm not going to get it dry, cause that's already 80% ADF.

question is this: should i add some US-05 or something or keep waiting? i'm happy to keep waiting but it's tying up a fermenter that could be put to good use.

Just took the FG reading on mine last night. 1.002! No stuck fermentation here. Sample tasted great, just flat and warm.

When are we supposed to mail this out? I'm going to keg mine tonight or tomorrow night and I don't want to drink it all before we mail it. :)

I'm curious as to when we're mailing this out. Mine finished a bit high (1.010) as well, but it is pretty tasty. Let's figure out when we're mailing this out and we need to find out WHO we're mailing this out to. I think everyone's had enough time to brew this up... let's start SHARING SOME BEER!!!! :drink
