I have 5 oz. of Cascade, 5 oz. of Sterling I need to burn up soon, Wyeast 1056 that seems to have "smacked" itself, 10 # of 2 row, couple pounds of leftover Marris Otter, and 1# each of most of the usual specialty malts sitting around. What should I make? Some sort of IPA? TELL ME!
