i got a recipe from a microbrewery and he gave me percentages, etc. heres how i interpreted it, how would you all do it?

88% pale
12% crystal 75*
O.G. 1.060
crystal and simcoe flavor and aroma
ibu 64 total- 60 ibu from simsoe
fullers ale yeast

i came up with:
10 lb. 2 row
1.38 lb crystal 75
1 oz simcoe 60 min
1 oz crystal 20 min
1 oz simcoe 10 min
i had 1.010 F.G.- 6.5 % A.B.V.

I'd think more along these lines.

Many homebrew stores don't carry Crystal-75. If you can't get it you might have to mix Crystal-80 and Crystal-60. Or you could just not worry about it and go with the 80.

For 6 gal:
12lb - 2 Row (may want to consider an English pale malt since you are using an English yeast)
1.2lb - Crystal-80
.4lb - Crystal-60

1.5oz simcoe 13%AA - 60min
.25oz simcoe 13%AA - 10min
.75oz crystal 5%AA - 10min
.75oz simcoe 13%AA - 1min
.25oz crystal 5%AA - 1min

With this hop schedule you can tweak times around but you might consider adding both the simcoe and crystal together at a couple of different times in the boil. That way the contributions of each addition are mixed between the two varieties.

Your's sounds good too.
