Jamil, you kick a$$

As I sit here sipping the Uncommonly Lucky I brewed from Jamil and John Palmer's Brewing Classic Styles book, I have to say it's the cleanest, most balanced beer I've made.

JZ, you rock! And I look forward to brewing more of your recipes.

Cheers!

Wifey just came back from the mailbox with my signed copy... In my 11 yrs of brewing I have only followed one recipe - and that was the first one. I might have to make an few exceptions in this case. Great insight into the "real" aspects of style.

All hail Pope Jamil and Rock Candy! Nice work, boys!
