Rye Pale Ale. What a great beer.

Tue Dec 06, 2005 3:50 am

Mashed at 152 for 60 minutes. Fermented at 62. Only got 62% eff, most likley because of the Rye, I don't think it got crushed properly. I could have boiled it longer I guess, but what the heck, I hit my numbers. I served this at a party this weekend from my new kegerator and it was a huge hit. Even my non beer drinking firend had a pint!
