Looking for two recipes

Fri Oct 26, 2007 7:55 am

I am buying a big bulk order of grain for some good supplies during the winter. My plan is to spend the winter making two different beers over and over to nail this system down. I wanted to make a pale ale for drink ability and a Bel haven's best clone (If I can find one).

Anyone have any good recipes for these two that they like?

I brewed up the pale ale that Jamil wrote up for his Pale Ale show, and it's damn tasty. I converted it from AG to mini-mash, but I have no reason to believe the AG version wouldn't also be excellent.
