Taste Notes: very hoppy but not a lot of bite. fantastic nose. good malt but this is all about the hops

Mash Notes: I have a 54 qt Coleman cooler. Single infusion to 156. Raise to 168 after conversion. Sparge with enough water to give you 7.5 gal in the kettle.

Notes

repeat dry hop regimen about 12 days into fermentation.
recipe calls for 0.5 ounces of everything for each dry hop. i had a ton of hops still on top so i cut my 2nd dry hop to 0.25 ounces of everything.

I made a very similar beer based off of Kelsey McNair's Westcoast Bitter it was awesome. One of the best hoppy beers i've made.
