BJ's Restaurant Pirhanna Pale Ale

I LOVE that pale ale... anyone know of an all grain clone recipe for it? We have a BJ's here, but the waiter said that the beer is made in California.

I found something about it on the MoreBeer forums, but it was partial mash and there was dispute on the hops.
