21A IPA Recipe? ShaunO?

How about this format

Malt by percentages
Type of hop, schedule and expected IBU contribution for each addition
Mash temp and schedule
OG, expected FG
Expected totol IBU's
Type of yeast

Is this an OK format for everyone. Just one question to Sean --that with a CAPITAL "O", would the recipe change when scaled down to HB batch sizes?

I too have a humble 5 gallon setup... and I am pretty dumb when it comes to conversions. Any chance of posting both the 5 and the 10?

I'd imagine if someone is brewing more than that, they are pretty proficient with conversions...

OK OK, I am back at the 21A. How do you want the 21A recipe....5 gallons, 50 gallons, 12 barrel batch? I can give percentages or do you want to have actual amounts?

I have never had 21A IPA, been listening to people rave about it, I'm drooling just thinking about it. I'm sitting here on the East Coast and because your distribution area is like what, 20 yards, I have to make my own.
