Its not the size of your OG that matters, its how you finish

Looking to brew a session beer on Sunday, around 4% abv, I have cali ale yeast on hand, 2-Row for a base and plenty of us hops and specialty malts, anyone have a "house" recipe that fits here?

I havent made an american style ale under 1.053, so Im also wondering what mash temps you folks are implementing for a sessionable pint that isn't percieved as watery.
Im also thinking a lil' crystal and lots of late addition hops can help with the mouthfeel.

Hey Brotha Ray,
Now that I am nursing a minor hangover, the answer is clear and was right under our noses all the time.
Here is a recipe for 21A Bitter American.

Of course you can alter as you see fit.
I would not be afraid to mash in the upper 150's in order to not dry this out too much and keep it toothy. Rember the You Can Brew It epsiode for Lagunitas IPA mashed at 160.
See you at Funky 5!
