What the hell am I making?

Alright.....so I set out to try to make a simple Kolsch and here is what happened:

Ingredients:
6lbs. pilsner Liquid extract
3lbs wheat liquid extract (I read that some breweries use a bit of wheat in their grain bill so what the hell)
1 oz. Perle Hops
1 oz. Tettnag hops
White Labs liquid Kolsch yeast
Irish Moss

Problem!!!! I pitched the yeast and not much happened over the next 24 hours and the nearest homebrew store is an hour away!!!!The wife probably woulnd't have liked me taking this trip on a monday after work, so......the only thing I have on hand is some Safbrew-33 dry yeast. I pitch that in and voila! Healthy fermentation. I plan on doing a cold secondary fermentation on this.

So here is my question: Looking back...i probably added too much wheat for this to be a true Kolsch style and the active yeast is not the German one, so......perhaps an "American Wit?"

Anyway...I don't doubt this will taste bad at all......just wondering what to call it when I share it with friends.

Damn....isn't this why we love homebrewing?!?!?!??!!?

Thanks all!! :?:

It's sort of a Saison without any spice/orange peel.
