So I just got my shipment of White Lab's WLP022 platinum strain from Morebeer the other day for my yeast bank (never know when it'll come back, after all) and now I've got to figure out a recipe to make cracking the seal worthwhile. It seems pretty pointless to culture up a handful of slants and then let the remaining 99.9999% of yeasty goodness go to waste, so anyone got any favorite British Ale recipe's they'd like to share?
