My recent APA

Tue Dec 23, 2008 8:02 pm

I brewed up Jamil's APA (with crystal) but modified the hop schedule because I know better.....ok well not quite, I used what I had on hand. 2nd to last addition was cascade and a touch of galena and last addition right at flameout was slightly more cascade than Jamil's recipe and the same amount of galena as the previous addition. Tasty stuff. I could post the recipe if anyone wanted but my real inspiration for posting is I'm just really happy with this beer. It smells like cascades (little drunk right now and can't articulate) but different. More lemony. I'm attributing that to the Galena since I don't really have any other theories. But what a tasty beer. I'm really enjoying it. Thanks again Jamil
Too much of a good thing....is a very good thing!
