use an English ale yeast, buy the West Yorkshire 1469 now it's the best

ferment in the mid 60s

I have increased the mash temp and caramel malt percentage every year and still get "give it more body" from the judges - so try at 154
On tap 1: Dry Irish
On tap 2: El Jefeweizen
On tap 3: Vienna
kegged: Rye Amber, Belgian Dark Strong, CYBI Mirror Pond, Irish Red, RIS
lagering: Vienna, Helles, Cream Ale, CAP
