Any beer recipes using cacao nibs?

Wed Nov 12, 2008 3:22 pm

During a tour of Scharfen-Berger chocolates, I bought a box of these bitter things thinking I would make a chocolate Stout or something along those lines, so I am wondering if anyone has ever used nibs in their beer, and is willing to share the recipe and how the nibs were used.
Thanks,
