I'd add a 1/2 lb of black patent and a 1/4 lb of crystal 120.

Just my opinion but I would try and simplify your malt bill. It's always been my experience that when you have a large complex malt bill you end up with a very muddy beer. I would also agree with blipiddybrew, I think you might want to revisit your hopping regiment. Otherwise you are going to have a pretty hop forward beer.

Are you shooting for a brown or robust porter?

Looking for a robust porter. So, drop the 0min addition, and maybe the 10? Move the Sterling back a bit to accomodate for the ibus?

I recommend something like this, which is very close to Jamil's recipe:

75% American 2-Row
10% Munich
6% Crystal 55
5% Chocolate Malt
4% Black Patent

Warrior for bittering
Goldings & Crystal at flameout

Wyeast 1272
