First Ribbon, First Competition

Mon Nov 03, 2008 11:52 am

This weekend I got 3rd place in the Impaling Alers' Annual AHA/BJCP sanctioned competition. I got 3rd in the Spice, Herb, Vegetable/Fruit beer category. I haven't gotten my score sheet yet, but I'm stoked to see I did ok. I entered my pumpkin spice ale based on Jamil's recipe from brewing classic styles.
Special thanks to Jamil and the Brewing Network for all the knowledge and help!
Rack up another ribbon for the BN Army!

Congrats!

There's another brotha that scored a few medals and listed the BN as his club. He only is listed as Peter from Tulsa.
