2 New American Styles?? Small IPA and ESB

Here we go. 21A makes Bitter American which is basically a session IPA. McDole is doing Pliny Lite. Anyone else think we got a new style starting here?
An additional thought is ESB has become an American thing. A some what more caramel, slightly bigger pale ale.

I think we'd need to see alot more proliferation of the style, and given the hop shortage, I wouldn't think that too many breweries are willing to start trying to experiment to make a new IPA.
