I had everything set to go. I was cleaning gear and cleaning counters when I sliced my right thumb open pretty deep with a knife in the sink.

As soon as I am satisfied it will not keep breaking open and bleeding again I will get going again. Actually waiting on my wife to get home with liquid bandage and butterfly bandages to help hold the meat in and closed.

Brewer's log: Just mashed in 11:19am. On track for a great brew. Mash temp. @ 158F.

Anyone else brewing this today?

Got my brewday finished earlier today - right before the Pens took it to the Flyers!!!! OG at 1.041... so I'm pretty happy with that. Pitched in at 67*.

GO PENS!!! GO BEER!!! What a good day!
