It really is best that way. I will save you from having to worry about it. Bottle and send.

I'm a man of the people... what can I say!

On another note, bought my ingredients today! I am brewing on Sunday (sunday sunday SUNDAY!).

Mine is rocking at 62F. I left the window in that room open just enough to keep it nice and chilly.

Damn, Sheen! Getting an early start? 5:30 am? Apparently you are not as hung over as I am.

EDIT: Ok, I see that the Cali server stamps the msgs with it's time (not corrected for my timezone) so that was at 6:30 am EDT). Still pretty f-ing early for me after some Fri Night Sausage and Meetball fest).

Yeah, no shit, I saw that this morning and thought, shit, I'd better get started....that was at 7:30CST. Didn't finally get it fired up until about 1030cst, and was in the carboy by 4pm, yeast pitched about 20 min ago.

I was only up til about 1230 last night/this morning in the chat room.

Yeah, it was a little early for me too, but we had shite to do in the afternoon and I had to git-r-done. Everything went smoothly, but that 2 hour boil screwed up my calculations and I only hit about 63% efficiency. OG was a little high at 1.044. Pitched the starter at 12:30 and fermentation was going strong when I got home at 6:00. I guess we'll need to figure out the swaps in a few weeks. Any thought how to set them up?
