Hopefully it won't be gone by February :lol: I actually just bought a few extra kegs so that I have enough to lay one down that long without really missing the space for a batch. My plan is to leave it at my parents' house so that I'm not tempted to sample it over and over. I did a bit of math though and I don't think my kettle is big enough to hold all my initial strike water.....I'm going to have to get creative on this one.

I think it would be OK to swap crystal 120 for the Special B. It isn't the same as folks have pointed out, but it is close enough since this is such a big, bold beer. It will turn out fine.
