The Saison is fermenting right now at about 85 and I am using a heating pad to keep the temp up on it. I borrowed this heating pad and its an old on, but I did look into the new ones and found that most had a built in shut-off timer mine does not. I think I found one that didn't (shut -off automatically), but it was about $30 and at that cost I would just get a fermwrap.
