Even though I know I can't make something identical to yours Shaun (Yeah, I listened to the podcast...ya bastage! :P) I'm looking forward to brewing this tommorow and to having a good West Coast IPA on tap at my place!

Can send several bottles your way if you'd like after it's all said and done (then you can tell me how much it sucks...or how much you worship me and my brewing and how to modify your recipe to make it better! :p (j/k) )

Onto grinding grain!

Well, I made it, it's in Primary right now. Missed my numbers by a bit, I think I was low on my mash temps or something. Kind of annoying!

But! It did smell great. Going to transfer it to a keg when it's 1.020 and dry hop it sealed.

Well, it's kegged, chilling over night and then carbing it up tommorow. Hopefully it'll be ready for saturday's house-warming party.

Ahhh shweet, that's a good IPA! Nice balance to it! The aroma is getting better day by day as the dryhop progresses in the keg! Don't have a clue if it's even close to your brew Shaun, but I like the beer none the less! All the guests liked it, drank a plenty of it! (And some of them aren't hopheads, one though is a rep for Sierra Nevada and loved it).

Will bottle some up soon. Want me to send it to the BN or you? 8)
