Ok, now that I am finally done with my wedding and family vacation and back to normal life, I can rebrew.

I know I am an and quite behind schedule... but blame it on my bad planning...

SO, I can rebrew this Saturday and have it shipped by Sept. 1. If that's too late, I already told Mylo that I will respectfully concede...

I'd be willing to hang on to a few bottles until then, although they may taste like shit by then.

I still have a few bottles in cold storage. They are probably fine. I think I also still have a 2.5 gal corny with the original batch it in. Thirsty, let us know when you are ready.

10:30 AM. Just mashed in. Holding at PERFECT mash temperature...

Now time to enjoy a cup of coffee and get the ol' brew kettle ready! I'm excited... I haven't brewed since June!

Alright.... Rhino, Grubs, Sheen - you guys ready? It looks like Thirsty is almost ready. I saved a few bottles from my original batch - so we will see how my sanitation and packaging process holds up.
