Adding a touch of hazelnut flavoring might bring this beer to the brownie point. I made a hazelnut coffee stout and my wife thought it tasted like brownies.
I called Ed at Brewmasters up and asked if I could add some cocoa nibs to my order, and he just threw them in there for me no charge. You are a rockstar Ed.
