I think any citrus would taste good.
Navel Orange, tangerine, tangelo , or maybe clementines? See what the grocery has and just go with it. I'm sure any of those would make a great beer.
Heck, if it turns out wrong, add some vanilla beans, cinnamon and spices and serve it around the holidays. :mrgreen:

The other day I had a Tangerine Wheat which was nice as well. See "Lost Coast Brewery" in CA.

So, I too would think any citrus would work, but I had hoped for more red color, which did not happen. I think my Blood oranges were not in their prime (not totally red)!
