Cluster Hops

So i won some schwag at a local homebrew fair which included 4oz of cluster hops. anyone know of any good recipes that call for cluster??

I think a Classic American Pilsner is the primary style used by those hops. Google for "Jeff Renner CAP" and you will find a proven recipe. I'm sure there is some book or other out now that probably has one too :)

Cluster is good for bittering a lot of beers but a lot of people don't like the flavor/aroma. I think I've heard it referred to as "cat piss" before.

Leinenkugel's (which I'm guessing you can't get way over there) uses exclusively cluster, I believe. None of their beers have much/any hop flavor or aroma, but you can check out the beers they make with them at http://www.leinie.com/beers.html
