I didn't know such an extract existed. That's pretty handy actually. What kind of hops do you guys think would be suitable for this? I was thinking very small amounts of the americanized German hops, liberty, mt hood. Maybe even hallertau. A light touch will be needed to say the least.

I think one of the clone books you can buy has a recipe for Molson. I'll have to check when I get home tonight.
