I'm not actually interested in brewing non-alcoholic beer but I am curious how it is done. My girlfriend was asking me how it was brewed today and I didn't know the answer so my curiosity was sparked. Thanks in advance.
I have a feeling they just boil off the alcohol. It has a fairly low evaporation point. Oh, and don't be blaming your girlfriend for your wimpy questions, just man up and admit you like O'douls.
Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
