Non-alcoholic Beer

Thu Mar 16, 2006 8:12 pm

I'm not actually interested in brewing non-alcoholic beer but I am curious how it is done. My girlfriend was asking me how it was brewed today and I didn't know the answer so my curiosity was sparked. Thanks in advance.

I have a feeling they just boil off the alcohol. It has a fairly low evaporation point. Oh, and don't be blaming your girlfriend for your wimpy questions, just man up and admit you like O'douls. 8)

See, I have a curiosity about that too. I have been asked before if I could make those. I would be interested in finding out how it's done also.

A very silly place... http://yarnzombie.net/Travis/

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
