Raspberry Emulsion

Tue Mar 10, 2015 5:44 pm

Hey,

Has anyone heard of or used Raspberry Emulsion in a beer? I'm thinking this sounds like an extract and am considering using it in a raspberry wheat.

Any feedback?

It sounds like an extract that doesn't lose as much flavor at higher temperatures. It might be worth a shot. Personally, I've had good results with pureed frozen raspberries added just after high krausen.
