I love this Saison strain. Even though I have limited experience, not an expert by any means, I believe this to be the best Saison strain on the market. I've been requesting them to carry it year round and they would reply that they were strongly considering it but today I got this response:

"We are planning on offering the 3711 year around at the end of this
quarters PC offering. I agree that this is the best performing saison
strain going right now.....plus it makes wonderful beer! Please let me
know if I can be of further help.

Nobody else is excited? Fuck you then. This is a kick ass yeast strain. If God made homebrew the he would use 3711.

Fantastic. Now I don't have to "stock up" before it goes out of rotation - I can buy it fresh when needed. I may never have to baby a 4-week saison primary along ever again!
