Ok dragging up a dead thread I just made an order with austin homebrew (only because they still have roselare yeast in stock). Anyway the one i am getting is a five star product instead of fermcap s Five Star Defoamer 105. Just wondered if anybody has used this one. The link says it is 10% silicone.
