New growlers

Fri Jan 31, 2014 12:26 pm

Heading up to Heretic tomorrow for the Evil3 triple IPA release. They will be filling growlers directly from the fermenter. Clearly the average glass growler won't do for an occasion of this magnitude, so I swung by MoreBeer this morning and picked up these:

I looked at those on the site when they were mentioned in the other thread, but they've been out of stock... or so they say. I see how it is, B3... oh, I see.

Not that I have a need or use for one... but like that's ever stopped me before.

Like I said in the other thread, they look even better with a Grog Tag.

I saw that they were out of stock on the B3 web site as well. But since I live in the neighborhood, I figured it couldn't hurt to call the showroom, just in case. Turns out they have a few there. ;-)

I have a couple of glass growlers that I'm not sure I've ever even used. But these things are just too fucking cool to not have.
