How to stop the keg of Buffalo Sweat from foaming

Fri Nov 30, 2012 11:00 pm

At the tavern, they have a keg of Buffalo Sweat.
It is meant to be served from a regular tap. The owner wants it on nitro. He hooked it up and it is a foamy mess.
What gives?

Is it foamy when pushed by CO2 or nitrogen?

yep lower the amt of CO2 and it should not foam as much.
